Terms and Conditions
Piedimonte's reserves the right to substitute any product or ingredient if it becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, to a product or ingredient of the same value.
Orders are accepted in good faith but no responsibility can be accepted for late deliveries whatever the reason. Basket style may vary depending on availability.
Delivery Areas
We deliver to all suburbs of Melbourne. Once you have placed your order it will be processed by one of our specially trained Piedimonte team who will select your items, prepare them for delivery and total your account. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 1pm and 4.30pm. Please note there are no deliveries on Saturdays or Sundays.

Shopper Pick-Up Orders
Orders may also be picked up at the store, till 6pm for orders received prior to 11am or the following day for orders placed after 11am.
Piedimonte's Customer Service
To ensure you are fully satisfied with our delivery service we have team members ready to take your call on 9481 1600, within 24 hours of your delivery. If you're are unsatisfied with any of the products you receive, you may exchange the product for an on-the-spot credit that applies to your next order, or return the product within reasonable time to the store for a full refund. Our customer service hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. To assist us in helping your query please have your order number or register receipt handy when you call.
Service Fees
Full Service - Delivery within 20km of the Melbourne GPO = $12.50. (Other Areas will vary according to courier costs.)
Part Service - Make up of groceries on shopping list and customer pick up = $6.95.
Payment Options
You may pay for your groceries by cash on delivery or major credit cards. For order pickup, payment may also be made by EFTPOS.
