Terms & Conditions for IGA Saver
The terms and conditions set out in this document govern your use of the IGA SAVER Program. In this document when we say we, us, our (etc.) we are referring to Piedimonte’s SUPA IGA Pascoe Vale. We own and operate the Program. You are entering into a contract with us. When we say you, your (etc.) we mean the person registering for and using the IGA SAVER Program. Your use of the Program indicates your agreement to the latest terms and conditions of the Program applying at that time.

Your privacy is important to us
This document should be read in conjunction with participating IGA retailer privacy policy. Their privacy policy forms a part of this document and sets out the way we will collect, use, process and hold your information. This is in addition to all the terms and conditions in this document.

How the Program works
Membership to the Program is free. Collect your loyalty card in store and then follow the instructions below to register your account. You will be required to register your information with us to allow us to activate your account. If you do not provide us with the information we need you will not be able to participate in the Program. Full details of how to register your details and card can be found here www.iga.com.au/igasaver. Once you are an IGA SAVER member you can collect all the current benefits in connection with your shopping with us. Your account and associated IGA SAVER card, are issued by and remain our property. You are responsible for their safekeeping. We may, at any time, terminate the Program or alter or amend the conditions of operation of the Program. You may not transfer your account or any items linked to the account to another person and you promise us that you will not let anyone else use or receive the benefit of use of your account. You promise to us that you are a resident of Australia and aged 18 years or over and that you only have one account in connection with the IGA SAVER Program. You promise to give us accurate information about you and to keep us up to date with any changes to that information. We are not responsible for any failure in your ability to collect or receive IGA SAVER benefits as a result of out of date details. We may decline to issue, withdraw or cancel your IGA SAVER accounts and/or loyalty cards, in whatever form, and remove you from the Program at any time when we believe that you:

are abusing or attempting to abuse the Program;
have breached or are likely to breach these terms and conditions
are involved in any behaviour relating to our Program that involves theft, misconduct, abusive or offensive behaviour, or supplying false or misleading information.
Your IGA SAVER cards can only be used for purchases from participating IGA stores who are part of the Program. The Program is only for personal and consumer use. IGA SAVER cannot be used for any business transaction or purpose. You can choose to leave the Program at any time.

IGA SAVER offers
You must present your loyalty card at the checkout in any of our participating stores in order to obtain your exclusive member discounts and savings in that participating store. Only valid offers will be honoured. IGA SAVER offers will not include non-qualifying products, including tobacco or tobacco related products, lottery, stamps, prescription medicines, infant formulae milk and gift cards. Other products may also be excluded from the Program at our discretion.

Your rewards
The purpose of the IGA SAVER Program is to reward your loyalty and provide exclusive member discounts and savings on selected products each week. Which products or special offers are run and remain valid is in our complete discretion as operators of the Program and we have no obligation to you to make any offers in any particular period or at all.

Lost or stolen cards
We will replace any lost or stolen cards, upon your application to us. We may charge a reasonable fee to cover our costs in replacing those items. If you notify us that a card is lost or stolen we reserve the right to suspend or cancel the relevant account.

Third parties and our liability
While we own the IGA SAVER Program, we do have third parties help us operate it. We urge you to review your chosen participating IGA retailer’s privacy policy as that sets out all the details of how your information will be managed by us and third parties who help us deliver the Program to you. You acknowledge third parties are involved and will handle your data. You agree that we will not be liable to you for:

any Program benefits you may be eligible for but you do not receive
the suspension or termination of your account.
Nothing in this document has the purpose of excluding any rights you have under consumer law which cannot be excluded and to the extent we are liable to you under applicable consumer law our liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed under those laws.

General
We are under no obligation to continue to offer the Program. Your use of the Program does not grant you any rights in the Program. This document is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia and you and we agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts from that jurisdiction. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions and any other rules or benefits of the Program, at any time. If after such changes you continue to participate in the Program that will be taken as you having accepted the changes.
